Refund and Return Policy

Because research materials require strict quality control:

• All sales are final.
• Returns are not accepted.
• Refunds are generally not available, except if incorrect products were shipped, products arrive damaged, or products are defective upon arrival.

How to submit a request

Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the product

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit or refund, at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
